What Cymbals are Available?

At Steve Weiss Music, there are several types of cymbals available from our in-house brands, Weiss Cymbals, and Liberty One. Our Weiss Traditional Cast Cymbals are made of the same alloy as the top cymbal makers in the world. They are resonant, musical, and fit for a wide range of genres and styles. Our Liberty One brand is the home of our entry level Liberty One Elements Cymbal Pack, which is a budget friendly set of brass cymbals, aimed at beginner students or hobbyists. For the convenience of the buyer, we have created three cymbal pack options from our various lines, although we also sell most models individually.

Cymbal Packs

Weiss Traditional Cast Cymbals come in two cymbal packs, the Weiss Traditional Cast Cymbal Pack 1 with Free Splash and Bag, and the Weiss Traditional Cast Cymbal Pack 2 With Free Splash and Bag. Both are ultimately the same cymbal pack, featuring a 20" ride cymbal, 16" or 18" crash cymbal and 14" hi-hats. Both come with a 22" padded cymbal bag, and a free 10" splash. Both packs are an excellent bundle, and save you money on an individual cymbal price. The Liberty One Elements Cymbal Pack features a 20" Ride Cymbal, 16" Crash Cymbal, and 14" Hi-hats.

Mike Mongiello Collaboration

Steve Weiss Music was fortunate to collaborate with notable Philadelphia cymbal smith Mike Mongiello to customize a new line of cymbals for our customers. These reworked cymbals feature an artisan sound at a fraction of the price of other manufacturers. Suitable for several genres including Funk, Jazz, and Rock, they have been lathed to thinner weights, and extensively hand hammered for a more complex tone quality.
