Shipping Method

Internet Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, unless otherwise specified. If you require a specific shipping carrier, please indicate so in the customer notation section during checkout. Shipping charges will be available in the shopping cart and at checkout. Larger instruments may ship via truck freight. Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, please contact us for details. UPS Express Shipping options are also available via phone orders at 215-659-0100.

Alaska and Hawaii

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii please take note that our online UPS shipping calculator is accurate for our full line of basic product offerings. Larger products such as drumsets, mallet instruments, hardware, etc. may incur additional charges that cannot be calculated via the online system. However, we will contact you for any order that will incur additional fees to receive your approval prior to shipping.

Freight shipping is billed at exact amount as charged by carrier. Call (215) 659-0100 for information. There are extra shipping charges for orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. and to APO/FPO boxes. Call for information.

International Shipping

Our website does not currently accept orders shipping outside of the USA, but we will ship most items internationally. Some manufacturers restrict the sale of their items outside of the USA, so they cannot be shipped outside of the country. To place an international order, please download our order form, email it to info@steveweissmusic.com, or fax it to (215) 659-1170.

We cannot pre-determine the exact cost of shipping goods internationally. For most small goods, you may be able to get an estimate using the UPS Shipping Cost Calculator or USPS Shipping Cost Calculator. Please keep in mind these are only estimates and do not include any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that your country charges.

Steve Weiss Music is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale. These additional charges may be charged when you pick up the item at customs or during delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the international customer to check local regulations when buying exported goods. These fees are not included in any product or shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is undeliverable or if an address correction is needed due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees. UPS currently charges $11 for an address correction, which includes issues with the incorrect zip code, missing apartment number, etc. Please be sure to provide an accurate ship to address when placing your order.
